When I did an online search for something interesting to eat near KL Sentral, this place in Brickfields kept coming up (22 Jalan Scott, 22740995). It took me a few seconds before I could figure out how the place worked, but eventually I seated myself and someone came by to ask if I wanted rice, idli, or dosa.
Sure, the food was good (and the setting was fun), but I'm not sure if it was that much better than similar non-air-conditioned places aside from just having a wide selection of things available. I suspect that there were a lot of places on around KL that were probably just as good.
