Pacifica's Moonraker Restaurant Truck at Off the Grid
I should be getting frequent flier miles for each day I eat at an Off the Grid market. Of course, one reason I keep hunting them down is because the trucks keep changing each day, and today I hit up this truck from Moonraker, an upscale oceanfront restaurant in Pacifica. To my surprise, this wasn't any old fish and chips. It was awesome, with not just the light and fluffy fries, but also the sauces, which included a remoulade and a caper aioli that was so good that I nearly put the little cup to my mouth to drink as if it were a shot glass. I wanted to go back for a second box but I had to get to my next meeting.
