Welp, that was a letdown. We like Thai boat noodles, and we like Nara Thai. Or so we thought. These boring boat noodles with tough meat from Nara Thai are not something that we'll get again. And the Sukhothai noodles were even worse. Lesson learned: stick to the Sim Lim Square guy for boat noodles. It's not likely we're going to come back to this place again, but if we do (and are patient enough to wait for the rather slow kitchen), then we should probably go with their other dishes.
