After getting back into town, I needed a beer and just a little more food. So I wandered over to another one of those food trailer parks that I found the other day (Boulevard Salinas 11050). None of the carts looked very interesting at a quick pass, but eventually I landed on this item from La Wafflera. I didn't really like it though. It was just chilaquiles sitting on top of a waffle, the two of which really had no synergy. Well, at least I got a couple of beers.
