There is a shop not far from the hotel that apparently specializes in chilaquiles, so I was actually hoping to go there this morning. But I didn't have enough time, so the easiest thing was to just grab it from room service. It turned out fine, but it also gave me a terrible case of dragon breath. I had to go brush my teeth, as I couldn't even stand being near myself.
