All of that yellow stuff in the picture might seem a bit weird; it was actually a combination of both mustard and cheddar cheese. And unfortunately for the photo, it covered up the patty behind it, not to mention the jalapenos and tomatoes that I threw in there. I wolfed this thing down pretty quickly (and it was certainly much better than last time I was at The Counter), but I still prefer the beefiness of those Niman Ranch patties at Burger Joint.
