One of our teammates suggested this place for dinner tonight (20 Tianshui Road, +886-2-2558-9835), saying that he grew up on this stuff, and that it was in one of his favorite beef noodle styles, with a crisp and clear broth. And sure, it had a reasonable broth with some decently tender meat, but I definitely prefer Chingzhen instead. Perhaps more interesting here was a slightly tangy curry as well as some kind of beef kidney things that he ordered on the side.
