This is the guy that I tried to get to the other day, only to realize that he only did lunch. The good thing is that at least that includes Saturdays, so we came here to check it out (56 Eng Hoon Street #01-46, 9650-6194).
It was a lot better than what the Day & Night folks do at this location in the evenings, and at half the price too. He didn't overcook the noodles, nor did he over-garlic them either.
Now, my favorite pasta place is still 2it & Drink, but that place charges three to four times as much as this guy. So yes, I'll happily come back here, especially since he seems to rotate his menu daily.
