Saigon Baguettes in Singapore

I'm not sure when this local chain started showing up, but it was only tonight that I made it to one of their outlets. Unfortunately, I didn't like it. Witness their signature bánh mì above: the bread was light and crunchy, but there was waaaaay too much pork floss in that thing, and not enough chilis nor pâté. I had to remove as much of that floss as I could or else the thing just tasted like candy. The bánh xèo was a soggy letdown too. Admittedly I'm curious enough about their phở that I'm willing to go back, but I'm not getting my hopes up.
