I'm pretty sure that I've heard of these guys before (837 West Fulton Market, 312-733-9555), but only came down here tonight on a recommendation. And a great recommendation it was, especially being a beer and pork-focused place. I gobbled up everything that they brought out to me tonight, including not just those ramps (i.e., seasonal leeks) above, but the sweetbreads, chiccharones, and even waffles for dessert, all washed down by local beers and an apertif. This brass and wood-adorned place was rowdy yet friendly, and I'll happily come back.
