Brasserie Gavroche on Tras Street, Singapore

Tartare de bœuf Angus au couteau et frites

I've probably walked by this French place at least five or times or more, and yet somehow never thought of coming in here until it was suggested as a lunch venue today (66 Tras Street, 6225-8266). I was blown away by how good it was, including not just the tartare above, but also a salad that we got that was topped with lamb sweetbreads. I'm definitely coming back.
