Getting Uyghur Naan in Shenzhen, China

Uyghur Naan

That title must sound a bit weird. But apparently there is a sizeable Uyghur population in Shenzhen, and they are known for a flatbread called naan, among many other things of course. I thus stopped at this random cart to try one. Unlike the Indian naan, this one was denser, thicker, and mixed up with shallots and sesame seeds. I suppose that it'd go well with some greasy salty yangrou chuanr, but it was kind of a bore on its own.
