No, that's not a sloppy title above. The English name of this restaurant in
Shenzhen is literally "Famous Chef From Jiangnan China" (I presume that it sounds much better in Chinese). Anyway, a former colleague recommended this place, and he was right: it was pretty good. Those little shrimp above were delicate without being too salty, while a tofu and pickled vegetable dish that I got also hit the spot, especially as it helped me to shovel rice down my throat. I'd eat here again.
