Tres Gringos Cabo Cantina at San Jose Airport
Time to give fish tacos another try today, this time at the airport outlet of Tres Gringos, a place that positions itself as a "Cabo Cantina." I thus got my hopes up that they'd do a better job of it here. Unfortunately, I still didn't like it, mainly because of that sweet white sauce that they drizzled on it. The fish was piping hot and nicely battered, but oddly positioned across four tortillas spread out underneath the single piece of fish. I thus ended up eating the fish with a fork and then making little cabbage tacos with the remaining tortillas. The hunt for a proper fish taco continues.
