This shop at Narita Terminal 1's Airport Mall was featuring some kind of shin-soba today, and it was good enough that I wish that we had gotten more. Granted, the unagi in this combination set was fine too, but the soba itself was so refreshing, especially with that coarsely grated wasabi on the side. Yum.
