Bak kut teh is not something that I would normally think of getting at a food court, but this one at the themed-up Food Republic at VivoCity was better than I thought it would be (1 HarbourFront Walk #03-01 Stall 4). The broth was extra peppery, while the pork was tasty and tender enough to fall right off the bone. Founder or Ya Hua are still my preferred choices, but this might be a place I'd take visitors who prefer a bit more of a sterile environment.
