Seared chicken in rosemary mustard crust with roasted chicken jus

Here was the filet alternative today: a "seared chicken in rosemary mustard crust with roasted chicken jus." It wasn't too bad, as long as you didn't mind the spices in the breadcrumbs. And yes, it was a nice break from the filet (the other alternative was some kind of Szechuan fish that didn't sound too inspiring). It looks like we have omelettes slated to come up next though.
