This yansuji chain has a huge selection of things on display in the glass cases, including things like century eggs and chicken tails. But what was perhaps more interesting was the ordering system, as each item is numbered. One takes one of those machine scannable forms that one got for multiple choice tests in school and marks it with their selected items. The food of course came out piping hot, and they were pretty generous with the basil. But I should be more selective next time, and also see if they have any chili powder to throw on top too.
