Eddy's Kitchen at Hong Lim Complex in Chinatown
These guys do a cheap duck confit, but they're usually sold out of it (531A Upper Cross Street #02-52). So today I tried their chicken chop and laksa spaghetti above, and it was a lot better than I was expecting. The chicken was moist, tasty, and with a crispy skin that was further topped with a crunchy laksa seasoning. The noodles weren't overcooked, and was fun to eat given all of the salt, grease, and spices in here. Of course, that means that it's something that one shouldn't eat very often, and indeed, my plan was to leave part of the noodles uneaten. But I liked it enough that I cleared the whole plate. Oops.
