I'm not sure if this is new, but we grabbed one of Don Don Donki's
yu sheng sets this year. We paid five bucks more for the S$40 (US$30) "premium" grade, which featured
chutoro and
tai instead of salmon. But it turned out to be a waste of money, as you couldn't taste it after it was covered in the usual
lo hei syrup, pickles, and crackers. I should've pulled some of the fish out earlier and eaten it straight before it got tossed in with everything else.
