Gyudon with Tamago at Yoshinoya Singapore
After a few drinks, I needed something nasty to sit in my belly, so I stopped at Yoshinoya, this time opting for the egg option that they keep advertising on those paper placemats. To my surprise, the egg was cooked to the point that it was nearly solid, thus limiting one's ability to spread its gooey goodness across the bowl.
I still ate it all, but it depresses me to see how bad Yoshinoya is getting in Singapore. Next time I should just stick to a plain beef bowl without any frills. And maybe bring my own shichimi togarashi given how stingy they've become with those little packets.
