A number of years ago, I tried hunting down a Spanish ramen place in Tokyo, but it was closed when I got there (I was very curious given how two of my favorite cuisines are basically Spanish food and Japanese food). So when I saw a stall here at
Fira Gran Via selling some kind of "Iberic Ramen," I was both curious and hesitant given that this was at a convention center. It ended up being nothing that blew me away, but I liked the slices of fat-attached pork and the smoky aroma of the bowl. I still wonder how that shop in Japan did theirs.
