Somehow the thought of those lamb noodles sounded pretty good tonight. So I made my way to another qingzhen place, this time near my hotel. I grabbed not only some soup noodles, but also that plate of "dry" noodles above, as I still needed a bit more food. Neither one blew me away, but there were yet again tubs of dried chili flake oil on each table to help everything down. One couldn't complain about the prices either.
