Seo Seo Galbi in Seoul, Korea
This place is awesome (109-69 Nogosan-dong, Mapo-gu, 02-716-2520). Apparently it's a very old school place that used to serve truck drivers or something, and they only have one thing on the menu: kalbi. And they don't have chairs. Yep, you basically stand around these steel barrels and eat. They don't even have banchan nor rice (if you want it, go up the street and buy packaged stuff from the convenience store). Fortunately, they do have beer and soju, but that's basically it. I had a blast eating these tender cuts of local beef, even if the marinade and sauces were rather sweet. I came out of here stinking so much that my Uber driver had to roll down the windows on the way back to the hotel.

This looks like a gem - a quintessential 'THB' recommendation!
