This little Halal beef noodle shop on the top floor of the mall at the corner of Meihua Road and Fangdian Road in Pudong looked pretty encouraging, and probably would have been pretty darned good had I ordered a bowl of their piping hot beef noodles. But I didn't want to go to my next meeting all sweaty, so I got this plate of cold noodles instead. It wasn't as great as I hoped it would be, but at least there was that little jar of red chili oil that I could lace it with.
