The Spa Esprit people have opened up a salad place at the 100AM mall (100 Tras Street #01-03, 6444-2136). Many of the salads seemed to be Asian-inspired, but one exception was this kale and quinoa one, which I gobbled up in seconds. It was dressed just right, and was composed of pretty much the exact same things that I would have chosen from a salad bar anyway (and with the added bonus of watercress!). I don't know if I'll try anything else on the menu, but this one went great with a ginger-spiked Great Detox juice. If only the portions were larger.
