When I read about this place in 8 Days, I was intrigued. It was a Neapolitan-style pizza place from Brooklyn that has apparently gotten praise from the New York Times and Mario Batali, and now it was here at Clarke Quay (3A River Valley Road #01-01A, 6334-4968). Yeah, I liked it. The crust was chewy (in a good way) and the toppings were fresh and savory. Now, I'd still rather get my Neapolitan pizza from Pizzeria L'Operetta instead. But I'd be willing to come back here to try some of the more ambitious selections on the menu.
