I don't eat this stuff enough to be able to pick my favorite hawker yet, but yeah, I liked this one (12 Prince Edward Road). Her broth was lighter than others...in a good and purer way. The little bits of pork lard were delightful, and the prawns had a good amount of headfat in them, even if they weren't mindblowing. I wasn't a huge fan of the noodles themselves, but I still gobbled this up with ease. Thanks for the tip!
