So Menya Sanji is doing a tomato ramen right now, leveraging their usual soup stock but mixed with a tomato base and topped with chicken and cheese. As a result, it tasted nothing like ramen, but rather a faux Italian-like thing.
And they even gave you a bowl of rice to put into the leftover broth afterwards to make "risotto." No, I didn't like it, and frankly, I should have known better, as I think I had something similar at Kiseki when it was still across the street. Oh well.
