That may look kinda nasty, but it was basically deep fried fish skin, which was crunchy and tasty. Actually, the food at this place (3 Punggol Point Road #01-03, 6702-7223) wasn't too bad, but unfortunately these guys were rather understaffed for the weekend rush. The venue was also too cramped, with people trying to squeeze in between tables to go the restrooms while avoiding the busboys and servers going in and out. At least the place looked better than the two local seafood places competing on each side of it.
