Palio at Hotel Michael, Resorts World Sentosa
I've kinda had my eyes on this place for a while now (8 Sentosa Gateway, 6577-6688), largely because it was billed as Tuscan. So I was a bit disappointed when we arrived to find this place looking as if it were a cafe in a the lobby of a soulless hotel. That giant picture-book menu and lack of dishes like ribollita wasn't very encouraging either.
Still, they had pici on the menu, and it was much better than I was expecting, as was a ravioli special that we had today. I can't remember how the pici compared to the last time I had it, but I'd probably come back for it. I'm a bit hesitant about some of the other things on the menu though.
