Paschal's at Atlanta Airport Concourse B

Southern Favorite

OK so that admittedly doesn't look very good in the photo above. It was from a limited breakfast menu in a takeout box at an airport food court, and they even apologized that all they had to put on my biscuits this morning was brown gravy. But I needed breakfast before getting on the plane, and I figured that I might as well get it from an airport food court extension of what was supposed to be one of the better Southern restaurants around town. I liked it, especially with those fluffy buttermilk biscuits and creamy grits. I'd like to try their lunch well as see what their proper sit-down restaurant is like.
