Stopping by Mak's Noodle in Hong Kong

I wasn't planning to go to Mak's Noodle today, as much as it might seem fitting after that recent visit to Noodle Place in Singapore. But it was a convenient stop during the lunch hour today, so I picked up my usual dry noodles with the shrimp eggs on top as well as a couple of bowls of dumplings. The pronounced punch of flavor in the latter only served to remind me more of why I love this place.
