Here's an updated photo from Tian Tian Chicken Rice (Maxwell Road Food Centre Stall #10). I don't know if it's my imagination or not, but the cuts of chicken seemed a whimpier than before (and I thought I remembered more of a
sesame oil aroma here).
Well, I still enjoyed it all, be it the fragrant rice, refreshing chili sauce, or tender chicken itself. I guess that I haven't come here
in a while. Interesting that there's a picture of Bourdain on the stall's glass casing now. But they still aren't giving me any of the green garnish unless I explicitly ask for it.

ya, with inflation worries lingering in Singaporeans' mind, the increase of rice cost, petrol, electricity bills, i think a lot of hawkers had cut down on either the quantity of the meat on their dishes.
Singaporeans are stress lolz.
I went a couple of months ago and I thought the portion was pretty stingy also.
Actually, my remark about being "whimpy" was not in reference to the portions, but rather the texture of the meat, which was much more limp than I remember. I was expecting it to be much firmer.
Then again, one could argue that "limp" is really just "tender." Either way, my memory has clearly faded, and my perception has probably been distorted by other places whose meat is much firmer.
