Daniel's Char Koay Teow in Batu Ferringhi, Malaysia

Char Koay Teow

Yep, it's char koay teow time once again (it is Penang after all). This time, it's from a random little shack on Jalan Batu Ferringhi next to the Holiday Inn tower. It was definitely better than the first one from last night, but couldn't compare to the smokiness of the second one...and was a bit greasier too. Still, he had little tubs of those skinny pickled green chili peppers on each table, making it a delight to eat either way.

Highly recommend the Goggles Uncle at the KTG (Ah Guan) stall on Lorong Selamat in Georgetown. The finest CKT I have ever eaten. The famous Sisters CKT are a few stalls down. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XCdT21YZvjE
