An Outlet of China's Jiumaojiu

Braised Noodles 2016

This was just a random place that I came across here in Shenzhen (didn't realize it was a chain until I looked it up just now). Anyway, they had some kind of "Braised Noodles 2016," which to my surprise, they tossed at your table. The noodles were firm and doughy (in a good way), and fortunately it wasn't drowning in garlic either. I probably should have asked for some chili sauce though.
