I M Teppanyaki & Wine in Hong Kong

Salad

A local teammate recommended this place (134 Tung Lo Wan Road, +852-2570-7088) as it was on the way to my next meeting. To my surprise, the lunch set included this fancy-schmancy salad with even caviar and dungeness crab meat on top, if I tasted the latter correctly. The beef that they used for teppanyaki looked pretty lean, but somehow still came out decently tender and tasty, even if the fried rice didn't have any bits of fat in it. Not a bad deal for only HK$250 (US$32). I can only assume that they would serve more fatty wagyu at dinner time, presumably at much higher prices.
