Niboshi Shouyu Ramen from Ikkousha

Niboshi Shouyu Ramen

Man, I haven't eaten anything from Ikkousha in nearly four years. But when I saw a sign for some "dried fish" ramen limited to just 30 bowls a day, they had me. And it was delicious. That broth hit it spot on with a crisp and savory punch, all while being nice and salty too. I should come back to try their bonito ramen, which is also limited to 30 bowls a day.

I just wanted you to know, that I truly enjoy your blog. Been following your site for years, ever since a prior job had required me to enjoy S'pore and all it's great cuisine.
