I don't think I've ever had a lobster nor seafood Newburg before, so I really have no basis for comparison on this. But this was better than I thought it would be, with a rich creamy sauce on top of tender fish and prawns. Now I'm curious to know what the real thing tastes like.
And oh yeah, we got one of United's Wi-Fi enabled planes for the long haul across the Pacific, but it was useless since it wasn't connected to the Internet. I would have actually paid this time given how long the flight was. Oh well.
