US Epilogue: Shredded Beef Jerky

Bridgford Beef Jerky A co-worker and I were reminiscing a while back about junk food from our childhood, and chaw tin-packaged shredded beef jerky came up. I made sure to get some on this last run back home, randomly picking this Bridgford brand. Some might say that it looks like Singaporean "pork floss," but there is a huge difference: this stuff isn't sweet. This one was also very fine in texture, accidentally dusting my desk in the process of eating it. I probably shouldn't eat any more salt today though.

In my opinion, Wild Bills is the best beef jerky I've ever had. ^_^
